Recently named "Reporter of the Year" by the Associated Press, Julie's Consumer Investigative reports have prompted FDA recalls, federal investigations, and forced national corporations to cease illegal business practices.
Her Emmy Award winning work airs weeknights on KPIX in San Francisco and weekends on KCAL/KCBS in LA. It also airs nationally on CBS as well as on various affiliates across the country. When not "On the ConsumerWatch", Julie also shoots, edits and produces award winning special projects while traveling overseas. Her work as a Multi-Media/Video Journalist (MMJ/VJ) has taken her from Sierra Leone to India.
Named "Best News Anchor" by the Associated Press in 2010, Julie is also an Emmy Award Winning Anchor, Reporter and Meteorologist (AMS). She held all three positions at CBS in San Francisco prior to taking over the ConsumerWatch franchise.
